His Dream Fulfilled Ministries

 Freda Wiggins is overseer of “His Dream Fulfilled Center” a non-profit organization, 2001, located in Port Hueneme, California. Gifted with a strong prophetic call on her life. The heart of Freda is to minister to all nationalities and faiths.  The Great Commission is the heartbeat of this ministry Matthew 28:18-20.

Port Hueneme (pronounced "Wy-nee'mee") is a seaside community in Ventura County, California. Port Hueneme is located 60 miles northwest of Los Angeles and 40 miles south of Santa Barbara. The City's name derives from a Chumash word (Wene'mu) meaning "resting place.

Residents consistently cite the high quality of life offered due to planned development, excellent public facilities and responsive City services as being primary reasons for choosing to live in the City. A commitment to maintain high standards for a clean and attractive appearance of the City continues to be a major priority. The importance of preserving and enhancing existing amenities to ensure the long-term health and vitality of the community is recognized as well.

  ​The focal point of Freda’s ministry is intercessory prayer and healings.  She introduces friends, family, and associates to Jesus that is her mission in life.  She, assist in the conflict ministry presenting people to  Jehovah Rapha, the healer ( Isaiah 53:4-5, John 14:12, Psalm 147:3).  

She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. She is a certified Spiritual Life coach. Freda Wiggins has authored two books called " A Comprehensive Guide for Watchmen" and "Hiding and Abiding in His Presence."   

Dr. Freda Wiggins is a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and she is grateful to God for gracing her with the privilege of having a family.

 Kim Kulp, PhD

Kim Kulp is co- founder of "His Dream Fulfilled Center, located in Port Hueneme, California. She has a strong apostolic call, she has ministered throughout the United States, releasing blesssings and defeating the devil. The  ministry is  based on Mathew 28:18-20.

The focus of Kim’s ministry is “His Dream Fulfilled” (2 Chronicles 7:14 and Matthew 15:30-31). She says, “Our world is sick and we Christians hold the key to healing.  We are refreshed in the knowledge that we have the power to prevail over all the power of darkness in every situation.  God has given us power through Jesus over all the tricks the enemy” (Luke 10:19).

Kim has overcome many obstacles of her childhood in South Korea.  She is very grateful to the American Missionaries that were sent to Korea who put up a TENT during the post Korean War.  She would go there every morning at 4:00am to pray. It was then she was introduced to Jesus Christ as her Savior.

Dr. Kim Kulp has authored a book called “YES,” she explains how to overcome obstacles in life and how to be more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus.
